Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation meets Time Inc

Being a new foundation in the US being invited into the building was a huge honor for us, and we credit this invitation to the strong networks and contacts we are developing as we spread the word of cerebral palsy and our research mission here in the US.

Representing us at Time Inc. was Prof. Nadia Badawi, Australia’s first Chair of Cerebral Palsy and head of research at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation in Australia, Jean-Louis Lelogeais, Chairman of our Board of Directors, and Bronya Metherall, Head of Development.

We were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and interest Time Inc. had for cerebral palsy and for the role we have in researching treatments and cures and we look forward to reading all about our work in a Time publication soon.

Advances in mobility, communication and thought-to-speech technologies are progressing at such a speed that two Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) research staff are convinced major breakthroughs are not far away.
