Double Your Impact on Disability Innovation Now

Fri 26 May 2023

Technology makes everyday life easier for people with cerebral palsy. That’s why we're proud to announce the second cohort of Remarkable US — our disability tech startup accelerator. And it's why we're excited to announce that when you give today, your gift will be matched!

This year's cohort features six exceptional, US-based disability tech startups. Aurie provides a reusable no-touch catheter system to help intermittent catheter users avoid urinary tract infections. Enabled Play gives disabled people new ways to control their technology. Hominid X develops transformative assistive grasping devices to help people with cerebral palsy and other hand disabilities increase functional independence. SpineX Inc. uses noninvasive neurological technology to unlock and ease movement for people with cerebral palsy. Springrose designs adaptive intimate apparel that improves quality of life for women with limited mobility. XR Navigation makes the world’s most inclusive visual, auditory, and tactile digital-only map viewer.

This innovative group is poised to make a huge impact and you can, too.

Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, CPARF will be matching up to $250,000 in donations that support Remarkable US!  Your matched gift will support innovation that makes both the fun and necessary parts of everyday life easier for people with disabilities.

Thanks for making the world more accessible with us!

A smiling woman stands outdoors by a pond, holding a book titled “Trent’s Triumph Activity Book,” while standing behind her brother, who is seated in a wheelchair and laughing joyfully. They are on a sunlit path with trees and water in the background. Overlaid text reads: “The Unbreakable Bond: Celebrating National Siblings Day with Trent and Kalli” from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation.

National Siblings Day is about more than childhood memories — it’s about the people who show up, advocate, and push us to be our best.
